After ten years, the Panorama Film Festival [ppf] is turning into the city film festival Pair of Nice Films 2025 and will be even closer to all film fans in Banská Bystrica.
The festival remains faithful to classic analogue prints, but in addition to exclusive screenings in the summer cinema at the amphitheatre, this year it will also bring meetings with filmmakers, thematic lectures and a series of screenings in unconventional locations.
Come and experience A Few Nice Films from 18th to 20th July in Banská Bystrica. The festival programme will be revealed gradually until the end of June.

Emmanuella is a beautiful young model living in Bangkok with her husband Jean, a few years older than her. Both of them are very tolerant in their marriage, which is why Jean doesn't object when one day a young Marie Ange visits their home and wants something more than friendship from Emmanuella. Based on a literary novel by Emmanuelle Arsan, Just Jaeckin's film was one of the pioneering films of the 1970s, mainly due to its (for the time) overt eroticism. It will be screened as part of a starred night at the cinema - from a print that was also screened in Czechoslovak cinemas in those days. It is perhaps also worth noting that this film has been seen in cinemas around the world by over 350 million viewers.
